MiningJobs.au is a specialist search index for Australian mining opportunities. We do not act as an employer, recruiter, or intermediary. Every listing featured on this platform includes a direct, prominent link pointing job seekers back to the original posting on the employer portal or verified job board.

2. Short Snippets Only

We strictly adhere to fair-use aggregation principles. We store only brief introductory excerpts and basic metadata (title, company, general location, salary indication). We never scrape, reproduce, or store complete job descriptions, detailed specifications, or employer application forms.

3. Web Politeness & robots.txt Compliance

Our automated indexing workers operate under strict politeness constraints:

• Robots.txt: We parse and honor all Disallow directives per host.
• Rate Limiting: Enforced minimum delay of 2.0 seconds between successive requests to the same origin domain.
• Honest User-Agent: Crawlers identify themselves with a transparent User-Agent string referencing this compliance policy.
• No Prohibited Platforms: We do not crawl platforms whose Terms of Service forbid automated aggregation (such as SEEK, LinkedIn, or Indeed).
